Learn breathing techniques and simple yoga exercises.
Learn how to create a sacred space.
Create an intentional plan for your spiritual future.
Yoga mats and meditation cushions are provided. Please bring your journal.
Wear comfortable clothing for movement.
Be prepared to engage your body, mind and spirit in an interactive day of renewal.
A nutritious lunch will be served along with refreshments and beverages throughout the day.
(You do not have to be in recovery to benefit from this retreat.)
